Originally from New York City, Dr. Klim is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He is committed to giving his patients personalized care and the most advanced interventional pain treatments available. Dr. Klim offers new minimally invasive interventions, regenerative medicine, and other alternatives to pain medication for management of painful conditions. His interests include diagnostic and therapeutic spine injections and neuromodulation therapy using a leading-edge spinal cord stimulator and intrathecal analgesic techniques. Dr. Klim also encourages patients to find healing through IV wellness therapy, weight loss and physical therapy. He enjoys skiing, playing tennis and coaching youth sports.

“I chose pain management since I am genuinely concerned about the millions of people in North America who suffer from uncontrolled pain and would like to help them lead better lives by reducing the impact pain has on their mental and physical well-being.
I feel a sense of personal fulfillment whenever I hear about the pain relief my patients experience after receiving treatment. Although pain treatments are not fully successful at times, each patient has a unique story. Pain management is a journey along which the patient and physician travel together. It is most important to strive to appreciate every patient’s perspective in order to provide effective treatment.
I hope to substantially reduce the impact pain has on my patients’ lives. Having treated patients suffering from chronic pain for over 20 years, I still am excited and encouraged by the improvements many pain patients experience after treatment.”
